Friend + Supporter

Donors to the museum’s Annual Fund in an amount less than $125 during a 12-month period. You can now set up convenient monthly payments to the Annual Fund or, if you’re a UGA employee, you can support the museum through a payroll deduction.

Cumulative gifts within 12 months of $125 or more will automatically qualify you for the equivalent Friend + Contributing Member level

Friend + Contributing Member

Donors to the museum’s Annual Fund of $125 or more during a 12-month period. All Friend + Contributing Member levels include membership for two adults and all children 18 and under at the same address. You can now set up convenient monthly payments to the Annual Fund or, if you’re a UGA employee, you can support the museum through a payroll deduction.

Reciprocal membership discounts and privileges at more than 1,000 museums throughout the United States and Canada via the North American Reciprocal Museum Association (NARM), Southeastern Reciprocal Membership program (SERM), the Reciprocal Organization of Associated Museums (ROAM), and the College and University Art Museums Reciprocal Program (CUAM)
10 percent discount in the Museum Shop with current membership card
Ability to join the Collectors, a group for art enthusiasts focused on collecting and connoisseurship. Collectors receive exclusive opportunities to tour exhibitions at other museums, visit private collections and travel with curators and the director. Annual Collectors membership is an additional $50 per member.

Reciprocal ($125): 2 guest vouchers to a quarterly 90 Carlton reception
Donating ($250): Voucher for note cards featuring works from the museum’s permanent collection† and 4 guest vouchers to a quarterly 90 Carlton reception*
Sustaining ($500): Voucher for an exclusive, limited-edition mug featuring a work from the museum’s permanent collection† and 6 guest vouchers to a quarterly 90 Carlton reception
Director’s Circle ($1,000): Annual recognition in Facet (the museum’s quarterly newsletter), recognition on the donor wall in the museum’s M. Smith Griffith Grand Hall and a voucher for a print of “Seven Tubas” by Lamar Dodd†
Patron ($2,500): Inclusion in UGA Presidents Club with additional benefits offered through the university; voucher for one complimentary Reciprocal-level membership to give as a gift; 20 percent discount on museum rental for a private event; private, docent-guided tour for up to 10 guests* and opportunities to travel with the director
Benefactor ($5,000): One complimentary membership in the Collectors* and a private curator-guided tour for up to 10 guests*
W. Newton Morris Society ($10,000): Two complimentary memberships in the Collectors, private director-guided tour for up to 10 guests and exclusive access to visiting scholars and artists, museum curators and the director

Private tours must be booked in advance. A minimum of 4 weeks (docents) and 8 weeks (curators or director) is recommended. Tour availability is determined by exhibition and guide schedules.
