Join artist Bo Bartlett (based in Columbus, Georgia) and Jeffrey Richmond-Moll, curator of American art, for a virtual artist’s talk and conversation about Bartlett’s painting “Leviathan” (2000), currently on loan from the Bo Bartlett Center and on display at the museum through June 20. The pair will discuss “Leviathan” and the ways in which Bartlett’s work relates to the larger phenomenon of magic realism in American art.
