Curator Chat: Amy Galpin and Nelda Damiano

Amy Galpin, chief curator of the Patricia and Phillip Frost Art Museum at Florida International University, has been organizing a series of lively conversations with other curators from across the country, broadcast on Instagram live. Galpin focuses on modern and contemporary work created in the U.S. and Latin America. She previously served as associate curator of art of the Americas at the San Diego Museum of Art, and has organized exhibitions at the National Museum of Mexican Art in Chicago and the Pasadena Museum of California Art.
