Fall 2020–21 Pricing Guide
The prices listed below are considered “peak” prices for Saturdays in fall 2020–21, include the full amenities package, and are based on 8 hours of rental time. Please inquire about off-peak season and weekday event facility fees. We are happy to customize to accommodate your unique event and budget!
- Grand Hall — $2,500
- Sculpture Garden — $1,500 (packaged with Grand Hall — $500)

Additional Services
After-Hours Security
$75 / hour
Any time-of-use for a private event taking place outside of regular museum hours is charged for security. Regular museum hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., Thursday 10 a.m. – 9 p.m., Sunday 1 – 5 p.m. Closed Monday.
Custodial
$75
All events that serve food and beverage require custodial services.
Coat Check
Optional service. Museum security staff can be contracted to provide ticketed coat check services for your guests from our coat room adjacent to the Grand Hall. 6-hour maximum. Fee based on number of guests
Audiovisual Technician
$45/hour
All events occurring in the auditorium that involve audio or visual presentations require the use of a staff audiovisual technician.
Flip from Ceremony to Reception
$500
Optional Service. If you would like to have both the ceremony and reception at the Georgia Museum of Art, we can accommodate larger guest counts by doing a ‘flip.’ Event staff will set the venue for your ceremony first. After the ceremony, while guests enjoy a cocktail or peruse our galleries, event staff will flip the space to your reception.
Galleries
Optional service. Allow guests to view our permanent collection and special exhibitions during your event. No food or beverages permitted in the galleries. 3-hour minimum.
Temporary exhibition galleries: $45/hour
Permanent collection galleries: $75/hour
All galleries: $100/hour
Docents
Optional service. Museum docents are trained to give overview and in-depth tours of the permanent collection and special exhibitions and offer a unique experience for your guests. 2-hour maximum.
